How you can reuse and reproduce yeast for baking and other usage such and cleaning and all.
Here’s the tips to reproduce yeast and use them again and again.

Method 1
1. Buy a small packet of dry yeast.
2. Put the yeast in water of about 30 degrees celcius.
3. Add sugar to the yeast and water and keep the mix at between 30-38 degrees celcius.
4. Keep feeding the yeast sugar and it will continue to grow. Use when you need and then leave some and feed yeast again it’ll continue to replenish itself.
Method 2
1. Make bread using store bought yeast.
2. Keep a dollop of dough (approximately one cup).
3. Flatten the dollop of dough and place it in your flour bin.
4. A day before baking the next time, take the (now dried and hardened) piece of dough out of the bin.
5. Place the dry,hard dough into a bowl of warm potato and sugar water to soak.
6. Use the frothy water the next day as yeast and repeat the process for your next baking day.
Method 3
1. Make yeast "cakes" with this method.
2. Bring one pint of buttermilk to a boil then remove it from the stove.
3. Stir and add corn meal until quite thick then cool.
4. Soak yeast packet in warm water.
5. Stir the yeast into the cornmeal/buttermilk mixture and allow it to rise overnight.
6. Stir in half a cup or so of white flour and extra corn meal to make the dough very stiff.
7. Roll out to thickness of store-bought cakes, cut into squares and let dry.
8. Use like store bought yeast cakes.

I know that you worry cos when you type yeast. You either get wine making or yeast infection online. Yeast infection is cos by present of bacteria in your V area, or injury during S.E.X. so it’s a cleanliness matter. Not related at all with yeast cleaning power and natural usage of yeast. World AIDS Day

Hey Everyone. We know that we have gone silent for the past few couple of days. Reason for that, one is we are too celebrating our Thanksgiving in a Big Way. HAHA! And on the other hand it’s World AIDS Day. As a silent for respect to the friend some of us have lost on the battle with the disease we stop production for a couple of days.
Why AIDS Day is so important? The reason for that is that we have quite a few friends among us that have lost their lives battling the disease. They are all bright happy people and generous one too. but they have lost their lives because of it. But the most unimaginable lesson of these event is not the incurable disease itself. But people. Our friends contracted the disease through very different situation. Blood transfer, disease that brought onto them the virus through blood transfusion, we admit there are those got it from having sex and drugs, and a few from having sex with their partner that have no idea they have it themselves. It’s not ignorant, it’s not even random sex partner, some just mistaken luck.
Anyway, the fear or the discrimination that causes them to hide and refuse treatment is the most volatile of the virus. To refuse treatment it’s like giving themselves death sentences, and yet the shame is more unbearable than anything they can think off. A few of them simply ended their lives when they heard the news. Which is part of the reason why I do not think Gay or straight or Black or White, no matter who we are superiority and discrimination is not right in any form. And to have lost great friends through this kinda of…… fear. I do not think people should fear life itself until you wish to end it either.
Our respect and silence we give to our best friend. Michael, John, Leonard and Jimmy. I wish you are having great fun with my dad up in the Kingdom. We will meet again.

And we celebrate all the wisdom, all the lesson, all the inspiration that you guys have given me. and I hope I can be living it all for your part too. All the music we enjoy and celebrated making them, all the books we read through, all the fun and mishap we have in and out of the Cinema.

Last Saturday is the date of the Love Parade.

With the Paris party for the French National Day, Bastille Day just passes. It’s only appropriate to top it with a Bigger parade.
The Biggest party in the world has just lift off and flown far far away.
The 2008 Love Parade, have just started and end last Saturday. It’s crazy. One big Jam Boxes. Over 200 LED light set, 500 speakers and at least 5 full size trucks of dancing floor. 1.2 Million people cover an area the size of the Central Park. With Music jamming whole day long through to the night.
If you have never gone or seen the Love parade, you have never been to a real party. This is the coolest party. With the best DJ in the world keeping the heat, Love and oh-so-sexy rock all day long. Non-stop.
It’s the Woodstock of the 21st century.
What’s better to celebrate the message of Love with a real, live, huge, worldly, multi racial, multi-cultured parade of the century and celebrating it with millions of other people?

To keep the party jamming, you’ll find all the coolest DJ from Europe. From the essential German, to the funkie French, to the hot Italian and the cool Britain. Every kinda beat you can think of. Every kinda move you can create. Every kinda style you have ever imagine. They are there and so much more.
It is fun, and chaotic, filled with people you’ll know and dun know.
You might even catch a few royalty there.
But one piece of advice though. Going to such a party, you don’t really need to take much. Drop your hand bags and all unnecessary accessory in the hotel. Just double tapped you thin wallet on one butt cheek and your passport on the other. And you are set to go. In such extremely hot weather. Be it cause by the super charged party or the summer heat wave. Bikini top for women and topless for guys are not advice, it’s a must. Phew! Now for the history looking tourist and the older folks looking for a quiet time you might want to avoid this period of the season. Check where the parade is and if you are not going to go for it. Avoid the city for the week first ok. And if you are totally in on it. Then make sure that you got your hotel booked and entry tickets one week before you get there. Oh one more reason why you need a cap, or hat or some polyester jackets or just bikini top is that you won’t know when it’s gonna rain and become hot and wet. HAHA! Like what happened last Saturday HAHA! It’s so wet and hot, it’s become a freakin rave party. Add in some soap and bubble you’d have the biggest bubble party of all time. Wait is that Ashley Simpson I saw in the crowd? Nah, don't think so.
