
Throughout the weekend, the road race for Cycling men and women have already finished. With the men’s race going on a sunny and clearer day smooth, ride to victory is Samuel Sanchez. And the women have really rough day, with the storm following them throughout the race, Nicole Cook took the lead and the title from the beginning till the end.
In the water cube we sees the most remarkable achievement from both diving and swimming, the China’s Women synchronize diving team retain their gold. Making them 5 times in a roll world champion for the past 5 years.

Michael Phelps started his venture to the 8 gold goal with beautiful start with 400m Medley men, breaking both the Olympics record on his heat and the world records in the Final. Will he be able to continue his streak of golden lane or is he going to be challenge by the first Medal and Gold winner for the swimming competition of Korea, Park Tae-hwan? The duel will begin in just a couple hours time.

Korean obtains their first Medal in swimming from Park Tae-hwan in the 400m Free Style. Will he be able to beat off Phelps and get his second gold in the free style event and repeat the success of Ian Thorpe?
Only in the Qualifying round of the Gymnastic event we have since plenty of lay off this year and a rough start for a lot of the athletes. Japan have a disappointment at the pummel horse nor did Russia with their strongest fall from the ring event.
