I don’t remember If I have talked about this movie or not. The name of the movie is “Touch the Top of The World”
Which is about a man who was blind. He had a dream that is to climb the tallest mountains in the world. His name is Erik Weihenmayer.
That is a dream for all climber.
I say, Oh! What a dream. Most likely that in every man’s mind they would say this, “He must be mad.”
And some of my friend may say what’s the use of climbing a mountain.
But he does, and he did. This is the true story about the one and only blind man that actually got to the top of the highest peak in the world. Mount Everest.
Though it is a story of a great person with a great spirit but we all know that no one can climb the highest point on earth by himself.
You’ll see his journey, how he learn to overcome the blindness in the smallest thing to the spirit that got him there.
And also the heart and soul of everyone involved that have either help themselves and him to get to the top of the world.
You don’t think that the normal eyes wide open people is going to let a blind guy get all the glory right? HAHA! No just kidding. This is the celebration of the great spirit that the mankind possesses. All for one and on for all.
While the whole world. His whole world, family and friends are rooting for him. He got his best friend on top of that peak with him and got him up, over every cliff and canyon safe.
While we may not hike the highest peak, but we may get a little bit of courage from that, and get over our own peak in our life and decide to live a great life ourselves.
