“Our Home” is a story about a lonely, dying old woman finding her life of late after meeting some homeless people and helped them by letting them into her house and helping them achieving what they can’t achieve otherwise on their own. In the end she gave them a home as well as finding her own. I just thought there’s ought to be people that are more humane. We live our lives a lot of time just seeing ourselves. Be it the excuse is that we are too busy or that we are fear of losing, losing dignity, friends, money, family. Or whether we are blaming our parents for not doing their best to help us when they have some what did their best and wasted their whole life raising us. There’s light at the end of the tunnel. If we could just have faith and see it. the homeless. They may not be as bad as you think they are. If you could just help one person. No matter what’s the circumstances is, you’ve make that one person’s life worth while. You have helped at least that one person. You’ve made a different in that one person’s life. We don’t need to have a lot to be a hero, and we don’t need to be a hero to be great. We are enough for everything as who we are. And with just a little effort we may just make another person’s days worth living.
“Smile” is the story of a girl from America. Finding herself in the process of volunteering in a plastic surgery mission in China. She saw the fear she never knew. Learn to live with her ignorant being. Learn the meaning of it all. Meeting some new friends and in the process learning that life is more than what it seems and gain a friend with one of the patient, who is what inspire her to take the work in the first place. It’s a perfect example of learn to live and learn from living. Beauty is never just as simple as it seems. Even a defected girl is beauty within. A father who might have failed in history may be the most incredible person that have sacrifice their whole life and the living gorgeous may just be scraping through life in shame. We all take shock and cultural differences in different manner. Some accept it with open arms. Some despise them for being strange and unknown. But there are one truth that will always triumph over all discrimination. Love is universal, love in unconditional, Love. That is what we are. Human and being on earth that is able to love. There for with love, we will prevail. And in the end an unbinding bond of friendship is forever forge.
